Maker & Moss allows items to be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of the date of receipt. Special orders and furniture may be subject to a restocking fee of 30% and must be returned in the same condition with original packaging. Sale items and custom orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. We are committed to working with every customer to ensure your are happy with the products you’ve purchased and to resolve any issues.
Returning furniture and home decor
We want you to be happy with your purchases. We encourage you to make a return or exchange in a timely manner because damaged, worn or altered items may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund. Delivery charges are not refundable.
Store Credit or Exchange
Refunds will be issued as a store credit or exchanged for items of equal value. Receipts will help us process your return quickly and fairly. We will limit returns and exchanges without the original receipt and reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
In case of damage
If an item is damaged we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with expert product repair, parts replacement or an exchange.
Custom product policy
Every custom project is designed to suit your unique needs and cannot be returned or exchanged. Full refunds on Custom products are only given if the Custom product order is canceled within 48 hours of being placed or in the rare case of defects in materials or workmanship that cannot be repaired.
