Standard Delivery (Threshold) - Calculated by weight and delivery location. Item will be left at doorstep/outside the delivery address.
White Glove Delivery (Optional but recommended) - Standard shipping rate + $145 (+ $50 for each additional furniture item). An expert white glove service will be used to deliver your new furniture purchase inside your home, in the room of your choice.
Fragile Artwork and Oversize shipments:
Wall art requires a 10% handling fee for size and fragility. This ensures a safe and smooth delivery to your home. Fragile and special handling items may incur a surcharge. It's important to us that your purchase arrives in one piece.
Many of our products are artisan made or custom made-to-order and may require lead time ranging from four to six weeks. We believe in the inherent quality, craftsmanship, and beauty that comes from taking the care to make products by hand. If your order requires time to complete our design experts will reach out up front and we will work with you to meet any special requests or deadlines. A design specialists will reach out after an order is placed to confirm shipping and delivery times.
