Beginning with laser-cutting thin layers of high-quality birch into precise shapes, an artist then carefully glues these sheets together to achieve the map's distinctive depth. Each map includes etchings of major points of interest and other details before being framed with a custom wood frame and finished with a durable, ultra-transparent sheet of protective acrylic.
